Terms of sale
• The booking is made directly with the hotel.
By logging on to www.city-paris-hotels.com your booking
is made directly with the hotel. All the hotels on the website are equipped
with the same booking system in real time, installed on their own websites
and updated daily by the hoteliers themselves.
As soon as you have confirmed your booking, you receive an
e-mail with a booking number issued by the hotel. Your booking is therefore
immediately registered with the hotel.
The hotel is responsible for the
description of the hotel on the website. We disclaim any responsibility
concerning possible inaccuracies in the information displayed.
• Liability
The sale is finalized directly between you and the hotel. Consequently,
city-paris-hotels.com cannot be held liable for the non-fulfilment or
poor implementation of the hotel’s obligations. Any complaint must
be addressed directly to the hotel.
Cancellation policies
The cancellation policies are proper to each hotel
• You can access to the general conditions of each hotel by clicking
on the CHECK NOW / BOOKING button of the hotel of your choice. Therefore
you will be in the measure to check the availability and the rates of
the hotel and you will access to the cancellation policies before confirming
your reservation.
• Booking changes
If you wish to alter your reservation, you can cancel your booking on
the website and create a new one.
